Introduction
The abovementioned vacancy exists at the Transport division in Maitland, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will provide a motorised collection and delivery service within the division.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid Grade 12 certificate.
• Relevant driver’s licence.
• One (1) to two (2) years driving and delivery experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Working towards tight deadlines.
• Clear ITC and criminal checks.

To understand that my job function at Grindrod Intermodal is to serve our customers as well as our fellow employees with respect, understanding and commitment to achieve service excellence.
• Routine and Non-routine Collection and Deliveries
Delivering and collecting of invoices, statements and other documentation to and from customers or suppliers.
• Banking
Ensure that the company’s banking is done timeously as and when requested.

General Duties
• Any ad hoc duties that may be requested from time to time.
• General office duties.
