Elsa Majimbo Gets Reminded of Nonhle Thema After Stating She Is Rich and Famous

Tweeps Remind Elsa Majimbo of Nonhle Thema After Stating She Is Rich and Famous. One thing about fame, you start off as a media darling, and before you know it, you are a villain. Sadly that is how so many celebrities are going through mental health problems.

Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo gained recognition in early 2020 during the COVID-19 quarantine period by making home-based comedy videos. Her monologues were featured on Comedy Central several times in June 2020, and have been called out and applauded by the likes of Naomi Campbell, Lupita Nyong’o, Joan Smalls, Miss Universe, Anderson Cooper, Zozibini Tunzi, Snoop Dogg and Cassper Nyovest.

She has penned partnerships with brands like, MAC Cosmetics, Rihanna’s Fenty as well as luxury brand Valentino. Elsa has also baggger numerous international awards. She won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite African Social Star in 2020. At the 2020 Streamy Awards, she was presented with “Creator Honor” award.

In January 2022, Elsa appeared on Steve on Watch, a Facebook web TV talk show hosted by Steve Harvey where she talked about her life and more specifically her career in comedy. These are just a few of her achievements in such a short period of time.

As it is always the case with fame, her content is receiving criticism from viewers. There are those who believe Elsa is now becoming arrogant. In a recent tweet, she reminded her haters that she is rich and famous, and that there is nothing they can do about it.

Immediately, they fetched her, reminding her of Nonhle Thema while at it. The former TV personality and A-Lister fell from grace, really bad. Success got the better of her, and she used to trend for the wrong reasons. Nonhle’s famous Twitter rants cost her a career and money.
