Receptionist Jobs
On the Dot, a subsidiary of Media24 in Plattekloof, currently requires the services of a Receptionist.
We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Receptionist, reporting to the Facilities Team leader. The position will be based at their offices in Plattekloof.
Main purpose of the role
•To provide a professional, efficient and effective frontline service that enhances the image of the
organisation.
Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12
•Previous experience operating a switchboard
•At least 2 years reception experience in a Corporate environment
•Proficient in all relevant software packages and applications

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent telephone manner
•High attention to detail
•Good follow up skills
•Excellent inter personal skills
•Friendly
•Customer focused
•Neat and organised
•Fluent in English and Afrikaans and any other required languages
Duties & Responsibilities
•Greet and assist visitors, making necessary arrangements for visitors parking if required
•Answer and channel telephone calls efficiently to the correct people
•Manage and direct enquiries to the necessary departments/business units
•Record all visitors who enter and exit the company in the visitor register
•Announce visitors timeously and efficiently to the correct people
•Issue identification badges to visitors if required
•Sign for good received and deliver to the correct department/individual
•May be required to handle bookings for meeting rooms
•Assist with administration duties as required
