Customer Service Learnership Programme at SARS (X25 Posts)

SARS seeks to enroll qualified individuals for Learnership Opportunities in the Operations Division (Contact Centre)

The SARS Contact Centre services taxpayers with adhoc and complex queries via the telephonic channel with a single telephone number as the entry point.

The Learnership programme of SARS is a 24 months programme (fixed terms) where you will be introduced to a broad spectrum of learning experience while developing generalist and specialist fields.

At the end of the development programme, the learners who successfully meet SARS’s recruitment requirements will be considered for permanent appointment. Please apply online. Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate with Mathematics or Equivalent Certificate in Accounting/Customer Service
South African Citizens
Not more than 6 months of work experience
Currently not participating in Learnership
