Requirements
Matric essential
Two to three years internal sales administration experience
Ability to work under pressure
Have an energetic and target driven personality
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Proficient on the MS office package
Excellent oral communication skills
Excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail
Written ability to enter notes on system clearly and concisely
Self motivation
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative
High standard of customer service
Time management skills essential
Able to work toward deadlines
Customer focused individual
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Must be South African national
Duties and responsibilities
Update membership account information in both external and internal applications (iServices and Merlin)
Compile daily, monthly and ad-hoc activity and finance reports.
Process rental and resale request information from the client.
Handle all member and resort correspondence received via mail, email, telephone within corporate time frame of 48 hours for mail and e-mail.
Process transfers of ownership within the corporate time frame.
Remain available for in-bound admin call handling ensuring minimum levels of AUX and ACW time are maintained.
Provide general support to the clients whenever needed.
Provide backup support to club reservations lines as necessary to enable attainment of contracted service levels.
Send out all relevant system generated correspondence to the client membership base.
Perform any other club servicing related duties and responsibilities as assigned by a member of the management team.
