This position will give you the opportunity to gain extensive all round kitchen experience under the mentorship of the small culinary team.
This fine dining hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation of meals, in all sections of the kitchen, in line with the highest standards of service, as well as to manage and mentor 3 trainee chefs. All applicants must have completed a Professional Culinary qualification through a recognised establishment, while a drivers licence and vehicle is highly beneficial. A minimum of 3 years fine dining or boutique hotel experience is essential, along with experience in a fast paced kitchen where there was an awareness of contemporary and innovative culinary trends. To succeed in this position you must be motivated, enthusiastic and creative, a team player who follows instructions well and has basic all-round kitchen skills. Can you step into these shoes?
