Boutique Sales Assistant

Our client, a European Boutique seeks to employ a Sales Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of their boutique based in the Cavendish Mall. The ideal candidate must be extremely well presented with a good command of the English language and the ability to deal with high-nett worth individuals. Previous knowledge in international fashion trends/brands would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
· Matric plus a minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience within a similar position.
· Must have the ability to deal with people at a high-nett worth level.
· Have a passion for customer service.
· Natural sales ability.
Responsibilities:
· Improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
· Attend to walk-in customers who show interest in the product range and provide them with insights.
· Continuous relationship building with new and existing customers.
· Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Daily, weekly and monthly stock control functions.
· Keep up to date with product knowledge and pricing.
· Maintaining good and positive communication with head office, line managers as well as fellow staff members.
· Provide after sales service.
