Vacancy: Sales Team Leader

• Sales Manager Responsibilities
• Evaluate team members’ performance on a monthly basis
• Suggest and assist process development within sales
• Suggest – by analysing on-going sales trends -, sales strategy
• Create individual and team sales plan to achieve required sales target (ensuring that target is achieved daily, weekly, monthly and on an annual basis)
• Supervise daily work of sales staff
• Support and motivate own team to achieve target
• Liaise with the HR Representative to resolve and/or follow-up issues (eg absenteeism)
• Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure excellent overall service level

Candidate Requirements

• Matric
• Have good literacy – read and write in English
• Minimum 5+ years working experience in sales management
• 2-3 years working experience in management level
• Meet the Fit & Proper requirements
• Clear ITC and criminal check
• RE for Representatives (preferred)
• Afrikaans – read, write and speak (preferred)
