Vacancy: Sales Manager
Hifi Corp is looking for a sales manager for a new store in Newtown. Applicants must apply with matric and need to have 3 years experience. Application details @ YOUTH VILLAGE.
The minimum requirements are as follows:
- Matric
- A minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience in a well established brand
- Proven track record in the management of staff, exceeding 10 sales staff members
- Experience in setting, managing and achieving sales targets
- Operations, Merchandise, Administration and Stock Management
- Human Resources and Employee Relations exposure
- Proficiency in MS Office and Intermediate Excel
- Customer orientation
- Management and development of direct reports
- Business acumen
- Driving execution
- Influencing others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: Market related basic salary with benefits.
