Micra Motors cc has a vacancy for  a YOUNG! AFRIKAANS!  Junior Admin, Reception, Filing, Runner Person.

Language:

We need someone who speaks Afrikaanswell.

Salary:

Between R 5 and 10 000 max.( R 5 to 8 000 for someone young – like a School Lever, and 5 to 10 for someone experienced and qualified. 

R 10 000 is the absolute ceiling for this remuneration package, any and all benefits need to come from this sum.)

General:

We believe it is an ideal job for a young female person.

We would consider someone who is neat and presentable, who is focused and disciplined who would be determined to make a good impression, and to do well at the job.

We prefer someone who is a bit assertive and mobile – someone who can quickly jump up, copy this, run and file that, assist this customer here and that one there, someone who has good telephone skills, who is lively and active – a self motivated go-getter who really benefit the office. We need someone who asks, what is next, who can I help now, are you OK, what can I assist you with? This is someone who is Pro-Active in the serving her Office.

Own Transport:

Such a person has their own transport to drive to work with and back, and should ideally be living in the east of Pretoria. We would not consider candidates who stay outside of Pretoria/Centurion/Rayton/Culinan, Tygerpoort, Boschkop or surrounding areas to Pta East.

Skills and Qualifications:

Admin, Communication, and or IT qualifications would be very beneficial.

A reasonable to good typing speed would be required.

A reasonable level of Computer literacy is essential, any additional experience or qualifications with Office and the like, would be well regarded. We mainly use Word and Excel as well as Filemaker as of recently.

A background in Hospitality or Media Relations could also be beneficial; Customer Care is an integral part of the job.
