Have you Finished Matric? Are you seeking a Learnership in Mining? Royal Bafokeng Platinum has an Opportunity for you to participate in their Four Year Learner Training Programme.
Royal Bafokeng Platinum has the opportunity for persons to apply for the In-house Learner Official Training Programme.
The Programme will run for a period of four years where the learners will be trained and assessed in-house on stopping and development, which will equip them to function as Officials (Shift Bosses).
To qualify, applicants needs:
- Grade 12 (Standard 10)
- Maths and Science OG 50+% (evidence required ie certificate attached of Ordinary Grade (OG 50+%))
- Individuals not older than 22 years of age
- Fit to qualify for a Certificate of Fitness “Red Ticket”
- Communicate in English.
It will be required of the successful candidate to undergo psychometric assessments and attend a formal interview.
The ability to pass the belt riding training and ride the man riding conveyor belt safely is essential.
