Key Performance Areas
• Assessing the merits of claims.
• Collecting outstanding documentation.
• Attending to queries.
• Reaching targets as set by the manager.
• Negotiating settlement.
• Participation in Block Settlement of claims.
Qualifications & Experience
• Matric + B. Degree.
• B degree at Law will be an added advantage.
• 2 years experience in claims.
Technical and behavioral competencies required
• Computer literacy.
• Good customer service skills
• Decision making.
• Negotiating skills.
• Analytical.
• Good communication skills.
Remuneration
The total cost to company minimumremuneration package applicable to this position isR262 909.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience
