Responsibilities

• Attending to all customer queries
•  Assisting customers within the store and have extensive product / store layout knowledge
•  Recruiting customers to register and join as a benefits member and or loyalty program
•  General administration work

•  Bilingual
•  Relevant retail experience
•  Excellent telephonic mannerism
