Appointment requirements: An appropriate three (3) year tertiary career-related (Degree or National Diploma) or equivalent qualification 
Relevant experience in management support services 
Valid Code B driver’s license
Computer literate

Duties: Provide a Strategic Managerial Support Service to the Director Management and Administration Support.
Provide a support function in terms of budget management and the coordinate budget activities.
Responsible for SDBIP Technical Guidance Operations.
Responsible for Departmental Performance Review & Monitoring Management.
Manage and coordinate Batho Pele in the Department.
Strategic and operational risks register support.
Employment equity management.
Responsible for business Plans Information and Coordination Operations
Facilitate the development and review/updating of the legislated 5-year departmental IDP and facilitate.
Occupational health and safety program implementation support.
Performance management support and audit enquiry support.
Organisational transformation, structure and process support.
Stakeholder management support.
Human Resources Management
Change management.
