Vacancy: Junior Internal Services Administrator

A well-established chemical company manufacturing products for the Food, Personal Care, Agriculture, etc industries is looking to train a school leaver or graduate to join their Customer Services team.
Well known chemical manufacturing company requires the above to be responsible for:

• To be trained with regards to working closely with customers as well as with in-house Marketing, Sales, Technical, Logistics staff and all aspects of the business within the Personal Care, Agriculture, Food, etc industries.
• You will be required to liaise with customers regarding various products as well as being trained to process orders onto the in-house system.
• You will be required to interact with Supply Chain regarding various chemical raw materials that are being imported internationally.
• You will also work very closely with the Technical and Marketing team regarding latest raw materials and product development of various products.

Minimum requirements for the role: 

• Min Matric.
• Tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Company is willing to train a school leaver or graduate who is keen to interact with customers.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as being well organised is a pre-requisite in this position.
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise and interact at all levels.
