Appointment requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification  Relevant experience in general office administration and data capturing  Relevant experience working on an Information Management Query System (IMQS) will be an added advantage  Computer literate (Word, Excel and SAP) Proficiency on SAP will be an added advantage

Duties: Perform administrative functions  Ensure effective and efficient logistical support services  Provide a secretariat service  Data capturing of the information relating to the registered indigent households  Disseminates information to relevant departments/divisions in consultation with the supervisor  Administers the reception area
