Pinky Girl Not Happy With the Current State of Mahikeng

Pinky Girl Not Happy With the Current State of Mahikeng. No matter which places you go to, your home town will always have a soft spot in your heart. This is the case with Pinky Girl, who has nothing but love for Mahikeng.

Mahikeng is one of the most prominent places in South Africa, as it is the capital city of the North West province. It boast tourist attraction places like Pilanesberg National Park, Sun City Resort, Madikwe Game Reserve, De Wildt Cheetah & Wildlife Trust, Lesedi Cultural Village, Taung Heritage Site, Barberspan Bird Sanctuary and Royal Bafokeng Stadium among others.

The city has also given birth to stars such as Mogoeng Mogoeng, Bonang Matheba, Cassper Nyovest, Vuyo Dabula, Khuli Chana, Rapulana Seiphemo, the late Hip Hop Pantsula, the late Bob Mabena, Tuks Senganga, Tim Modise, John Qwelane, KB Motsilanyane, Glen Lewis, Presley Chweneyagae, Katlego Danke and so many others.

Sadly with all its history and talented people, Mahikeng has deteriorated from the beautiful city it used to be. The town plagued by water cuts, poor roads, potholes and all-around dilapidated infrastructure.

Pinky Girl, who is also from Mahikeng is not happy about the current state of the city. Taking to Twitter, the reality show star, DJ and entrepreneur expressed concern over about her home town. What she saw while taking a drive around was just a dry place with potholes and bad roads.

Maybe as prominent people like Pinky talk about the situation, something will be done about the once beloved Mahikeng.

“Took a drive with a friend to Mafikeng the other day…what happened to our beloved city? It’s dry , the port holes are worse. There’s no better roads. How do people cope, your cars , tyres etc johhh Aowa,” the concerned Pinky Girl said.
