Vacancy: Administrator
– Operate switchboard – screen calls, assist where possible and direct to relevant person
– Manage and acknowledge receipt of correspondence
– Manage / maintain pencil box and ISIS systems
– Assist with preparation, collation and generation of reports
– Receipting and management of fees / money
– Liaise with staff regarding extra-mural programmes and related administration
– Maintain and distribute stationery stock
– Filing Systems and document / database management
– General related administration and office support
– Liaise with suppliers and I.T when necessary
– Provide First Aid support
– Ad hoc duties as required
Personal attributes:
*Good communicator with sound interpersonal skills
*Able to use own initiative and work independently
*Customer service orientated and able to multi-task
*Team player
Minimum requirements/qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- A post matric Administration / Secretarial qualification advantageous
- First Aid training / certification is preferable
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Office with good I.T working knowledge / skills
- Driver’s License with own reliable vehicle
