Vacancy: Member Services Consultant

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to internal and external bookings and related product inquiries via email, telephone and face-to-face client meetings

Key performance areas: 
– Managing inquiries, queries and complaints
– Booking and confirming reservations
– Updating member accounts
– Providing product information regarding destinations and new products etc
– General administration & ad-hoc duties

Personal attributes: 
* Excellent communication skills and preferably bilingual – able to speak English and Afrikaans
fluently
* Sound interpersonal skills – assertive but tactful
* Customer service driven
* Team player but able to work independently
* Deadline driven with time management skills – able to prioritize, plan and organize

Minimum requirements / qualifications:

  • A Matric Certificate
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in a Customer Care / Timeshare / Travel Agency environment
  • Call Centre / reservation experience within the timeshare industry preferable
  • Literate in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
