Vacancy: Admin Assistant

Purpose of the role Provision of general recruitment administrative and office support to the HR Consultants based at Stellenbosch Campus.
Qualifications National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)

Ideally a certificate in Office Administration

Experience 2 to 3 years proven administration support experience in a related environment
Knowledge and skills HR practises and procedures

Office systems and procedures

Advanced computer literacy (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Internet / E-mail / Outlook)

Communication skills (verbal and written) in English

Client services orientation

Interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements Flexible and adaptable

High accuracy and attention to detail

Pro-active approach

Planning, organizing and prioritising skills (time management)

Ability to identify and solve problems

Willingness to take ownership and accountability (pro-active)

Ability to work in a team and independently without direct supervision

Ability to cope well under pressure and deliver to deadlines

Own car and valid driver’s license would be a pre-requisite for this position

Clear criminal and credit record
