Vacancy: Recoveries Consultant

Overview An exciting and challenging career opportunity is available in Telesure Group Services within the Legal Recoveries discipline. The Recoveries Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by, effectively recovering costs incurred by both the Company and clients in matters where a third party is deemed to be the responsible party and applying the TSW values in all interactions.
Duties & Responsibilities 1.Operational / Technical / Financial Results: •Ensure all monthly targets are met •Ensure accurate interpretation of merits to determine liability •Drive cost effective settlement negotiations •Ensure adherence to internal procedures •Effective electronic diary management
2.Personal Competence Results: •Remain up to date with changes legislation pertaining to SA ‘rules of the road’ and relevant case law •Ensure up-to-date knowledge of all Company products, systems and procedures  •Provide appropriate and timeous solutions to problems
3.Relationship Results: •Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients •Build effective working relationships with service providers, and attorney firms
4.Customer Results: •Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions (Regular feedback to customers, returning messages within 15 mins, TSW and We Hear You surveys, SQA rating)
Minimum Job Requirements •Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4  •2 – 4 years debt collection and/or credit control work experience: oExcellent knowledge and understanding of debt collection procedures  oCustomer orientated negation skills oVery good understanding and application of tracing tools such as Transunion (ITC, XDS) during collection process  •2-3 years experience in a customer service related environment •Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) •Computer Literacy essential •Proven time management, planning and organising, and administration skills •Passionate individual with a strong results orientation
