Key Duties & Responsibilities • General administrative duties • Co-ordination, consolidation and completion of reports, documents and databases • Planning and co-ordination of management meetings • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations • Performing of certain company secretarial duties • Assistance in reception from time to time • Travel arrangements
Educational Requirements • Secretarial diploma or business qualification (an advantage)
Experience Requirements • At least 3 years relevant experience
Skills & Competencies • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office • Exceptional interpersonal skills  • Accuracy and Urgency • Pro-active and driven • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Detail orientation and organisational skills  • Excellent English linguistic abilities  • Good sense of humour
