Vacancy: Office Coordinator Reception

We are recruiting for top level candidate to work in this dynamic company.  You will play an integral part as you will be the face of the company.  You will be responsible for answering switchboard in a professional and friendly manner.

Apart from handling all reception duties, you will also be required to arrange parking for visitors, control access cards to building as well as other adhoc tasks.

A person who has excellent management skills and the ability to deal with various projects would be ideally suited.  As the office coordinator you will arrange staff events, asset tagging, monthly stock takes, ordering of stationary and office supplies as well as handle petty cash.

– Matric
– 3 years working experience in same capacity
– Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment
– Strong business acumen
