Vacancy: Inbound Call Centre Agent

An exciting opportunity to work in a call centre for a UK based telecommunications company based in Cape Town. We are looking for vibrant and passionate individuals to handle inbound customer service calls. Individuals with call centre and retail experience are encouraged to apply.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 6 months call centre experience OR 9 months retail (face-to-face sales, customer service) experience
Must be a South African citizen
Must have Matric
MUST be willing to work shifts.
Must be credit and criminal clear
Have a clear and audible voice (no accents)
