Role Profile PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role is to manage the delivery of world class graduate recruitment services to ensure that SNG recruits a diverse pool of graduate talent to meet the changing needs of our business in the Audit, Advisory and Tax Service lines.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Graduate Recruitment Supervisor will have the primary responsibility of managing graduate recruitment activities nationally, with specific reference to Gauteng and Inland offices. The post holder will be responsible for cross-functional graduate recruitment including Audit, Advisory and Tax.

Minimum Requirements • Tertiary HR/Recruitment qualification
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a similar position delivering a Professional Recruitment service to a demanding client base
• Minimum 2-3 years graduate recruitment administration or related HR administration experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
• Exposure to an e-Recruitment System would be advantageous.

• Able to work independently whilst producing and delivering a world class graduate recruitment service

• Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Able to draft reports and interpret complex data

Duties & Responsibilities • Manage the annual recruitment process of 150 graduates nationally, to be spread between Gauteng and the Regional offices countrywide (Audit, Advisory and Tax)
• Be the go-to person for all our graduate recruitment needs and queries, and ensuring that the administration thereof runs smoothly
• Liaison with the business to ensure our graduate recruitment plans and targets support our business needs and objectives
• Contribution to the development of the national graduate recruitment and marketing strategy
• Project based activities to support the implementation of the national graduate recruitment strategy
• Management and development of the graduate recruitment system to ensure the process is easy to use and efficient for both candidates and administrators
• Contribution to the wider recruitment and HR teams to facilitate the delivery of an integrated recruitment strategy
• Monitoring of the graduate recruiting system performance
• Monitoring the TCMS and LTS systems effectively, and develop ideas for system improvements
• Assist the Head of Human Resources to monitor the recruitment budgets
• Manage all administration involving the CA, CIA, CISA programmes, vacation programme, bursary programme and university career days
• Implement a system and procedures for the graduate recruitment administration process
• Manage and maintain the online application database
• Assist with response handling and initial screening of CV’s
• Send status updates and/or regret letters to candidates
• Compile material for vacation work, interviews and assessments
• Attend to queries from candidates
• Prepare schedules and/or reports where required
• Assist with the planning and organizing of functions and events
• Handling requisitions and payments for universities etc.
• General administration i.e. filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
• Ad hoc project involvement where necessary
• Establishing best practices for the team and ensuring a consistent process is adhered to nationally
• Leadership and management of a national administration team who deliver a graduate recruitment service to all South African offices
