Eqstra Recruitment Drive For Graduates
Our Eqstra Industrial Equipment Division has successfully implemented a graduate training program and are once again recruiting graduate trainees for appointment and career development in 2014.
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Eqstra Holdings Limited, a blue chip company listed on the JSE which employs 8000 staff, has a turnover of 9.1bn and an asset base of R13.3bn.
In the previous financial year the Eqstra Industrial division achieved R2.7 billion in revenue. In the Southern African region we employ 1 400 people, and approximately 250 in the UK. For more information refer to our website www.eiegroup.co.za.
The selected graduates in training will be exposed to various aspects of the business during a 12 month period. Graduates will increase their skills and knowledge as they spend time in the different business units and at the same time have the opportunity to add value to our dynamic company. The program includes practical work experience with formal and informal training interventions with measurable outcomes. Graduates will be part of a mentoring process to ensure that they are fully integrated into the culture of the organisation.
Students who meet the following criteria are welcome to apply:
Have completed a B Com last year majoring in one or more of the following subjects:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Business Economics
- Quantitative Management
- Marketing
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Driver’s licence (EB / 08)
