Mo Flava Welcomed With Open Arms At His New Radio Home. Nothing in this world beat a healthy working environment. Having colleague who see you as a team member other than an opponent is something that many of us wish for.
Soweto-born Moeti Tsiki, famously known as Mo Flava, is lucky enough to be experiencing that. The veteran media personality, DJ and now actor, ha jut joined a new radio station. Mo Flava, is the latest edition to the incredible 947 and Primedia family. From the 3rd of April, Mo will be bringing all the ‘flava’ to the midday show on weekdays from 9am to 12pm.
His appointment comes just a couple of weeks after Mo Flava parted ways with METRO FM. This comes after he has been with the radio station for a whole eight years. Mo Flava started with the leading radio station when he hosted the Afternoon Drive show with Masechaba Khumalo.
Mo Flava then took over the breakfast show from DJ Fresh. Together with the late Pearl Shongwe and Owen, they killed the Morning Flava’ show. The trio were famously known as M.O.P. A year ago, Khutso Theledi joined METRO FM, to co-host the Wake UP On METRO FM breakfast show. Sadly, Mo Flava has left, but the great thing is that he has been scooped by another big radio station.
“Officially part of the @947 family! First show is on April 3rd! Si on!,” Mo Flava gushed.
What is even more great is the fact that some of Mo Flava’s new colleagues have expressed that they are happy to have him at the station. The likes of Anele Mdoda, Robert Marawa and Hulisani Ravele are happy to have him join the family.
