Vacancy: Outbound Sales Consultant

Role & Responsibilities Responsible for all new Sales
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas.
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems.( Day to day operation on applications)
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to company employees.
Qualifications & Experience At least min 1 year sales experience essential
Previous experience in the Insurance industry would be desirable
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
Matric Qualification
Knowledge & Skills Must have insurance knowledge and be familiar with sales and closing techniques with excellent track record
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
Must be familiar with sales and closing techniques
Competencies Hardworking and creative approach to sales
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
Strong relationship building skills and proven negotiation skills
Willingness to work longer than normal office hours
Practice good time management
Trustworthy, professional and reliable, including dealing with confidential information
