Romans Pizza is looking for Store Managers

Leading pizza franchise requires store managers.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Managing stock levels.
Carrying out financial procedures such as cash-ups, floats and banking.
Ensuring variances are under control in terms of daily stock counts.
Serving customers and dealing with complaints.
Performing appropriate opening and closing procedures.
Managing, motivating and training staff.
Ensuring the companies operational standards are met and exceeded.

Requirements

At least five years supervisory or management experience in a hospitality environment.
Ability to work with customers and handle and solve customer complaints.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Honesty, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, organised, systematic and has a desire to lead by example.
