Tweeps React To Mihlali Ndamase Charging R25k for Her Makeup Services

Tweeps React To Mihlali Ndamase Charging R25k for Her Makeup Services. The way celebrities charge for their products and services is totally different from the way ordinary businesses charge. We still remember the time when Rich Mnisi’s Xibelani skirt was going for a whooping R59 000.Β  Despite the fact that a lot of people were shocked, the designer skirt was sold out in a few days time.
Some would say it’s either you are the target market or not. Others on the other hand will argue that it is just a marketing strategy to get people talking about your products or services. But one thing for sure, celebrities definitely know how to move their products and services. The latest celebrity to get people talking because of her pricing is Mihlali Ndamase.
The certified makeup artist, YouTube content creator and influencer recently launched her new business venture Malakyt. The business was launched on Friday, 15th October. Malakyt has since registered over 900 beauticians, with almost 200,000 searches conducted in the first weekend.
“We started working on this platform in 2019, I hope it will bring many opportunities for those in the beauty industry, we created it for the people,.” Mihlali announced.
Mihlali also shared that she charges from R2500 for her make-up services. This got a lot of people shocked, as to how expensive going for a face beat can get. Some finds no problem in her pricing, while others are not about that lifestyle.
Check out different views from some of the tweets about Malakyt.
