Lingashoni Celebrates a Major Milestone. Time indeed flies when you are having fun. Beginning of the year we were introduced to 1Magic’s new telenovela Lingashoni. It comes as a shock that already the show is clocking 100 episodes.
Lingashoni boosts some of our most talented actors in the industry like Thato Molamu, veteran actor Patrick Mofokeng, Thuli Thabethe and Liteboho Molise. Recently talented actress Fulu Mugovhani was announced as the latest actress to join Lingashoni.
The storyyline centers around a poverty-stricken farm worker who returns to his former life as a high-flying businessman after a decade-long memory loss. Lingashoni, premiered on 1Magic DStv channel 103 on the 22nd of March 2021 at 19h3 and airs from Mondays to Thursdays.
Lingashoni is co-produced by Stained Glass TV and 1Magic. Gugu Zuma-Ncube, Pepsi Pokane, Mmamitse Thibedi and Theo Moodley are the executive producers. The series producer is Morishe Matlejoane and the supervising producer for M-Net is Mariki van der Walt.
Tonight is a big evening for Lingashoni as their air their 100th episode. To honor this epic milestone, the cast and crew members had a little celebration, with cakes and all the delicious treats you can think of.
