Salary: R 115 212 per annum (Plus Benefits)

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12. Possession of Access or District Health Information System (DHIS) or Tier.net. Data Management Computer programme certificate is essential. Advanced computer skills. Data capturing skills. Good numeracy skills. Experience in data management and analysis. Good communication skills. Ability to file patients records systematically.

DUTIES:
Daily retrieving of patients files, daily collection of patients ‘raw data from all relevant PHC services points registers/data sources into computer. Capturing of patients’ raw data within the specified time frames. Verification of data for consistency, completeness and accuracy. Consolidate data. Liaise with professional nurses on data management issues. Support facility Manager on data management issues. Support the facility Manager to compile the monthly and quarterly data. Systematic daily filling of patients records including blood results. Maintains the role of being the custodianship of data. Forms part of the multi-disciplinary team.
