Personal Assistant Wanted At Enterprises University of Pretoria. The successful applicant will provide secretarial, administrative, coordination, project and customer-related support to the office of executive manager.

Education And Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification of at least two years in duration (administrative/secretarial)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • South African Citizen

Knowledge And Experience:

  • Experience of at least five years in administrative / office management
  • Secretarial experience at a senior level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong administrative background
  • Working in a customer-facing role, providing high-quality service
  • Administrative support in a busy environment
  • Building effective relationships with diverse range of customers
  • Working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Eloquent and articulate in spoken and written English
  • Professional telephone skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
