Introduction
We require a suitably qualified candidate at our Cape Kraft Mill to source and procure all materials and services at the most advantageous price possible, ensuring timeous delivery of such materials and services so that the business functions optimally at all times.
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant B-degree, National Diploma or relevant qualification / experience desirable
• SAP MM experience would be advantageous
• 2 years’ experience in industrial, procurement or materials management environment
• Experience in the technical, forestry and/or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
Job Specification
• Sources and procures all materials and services required for the mill.
• Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to by the suppliers.
• Audits vendors and obtains/issues certificates of conformance as required.
