Nandi Mngoma Weighs In On The #PretoriaGirlsHigh Hair Protest

Over the weekend, students donning afro hairstyles and braids held a protest at the school to voice anger against the long-standing rule. Pupils at Pretoria High School for Girls have said they were forced to chemically straighten their hair and not have afros that were deemed untidy. Many of our local celebrities took to social media to express their views on the issue and ofcourse, Nandi Mngoma also shared a 2 cents.

Joining other Mzansi celebs, Nandi Mngoma also weighed in on the #PretoriaGirlsHigh  in support hair protest.

She took to Social Media ans wrote: “Rise beautiful African Queen Rise! May you continue to pride yourself of your beautiful natural hair! Your crown! You are a Queen! God made you beautiful and they cannot handle your beauty.”
