Mabala Noise & Jub Jub To Discuss A Possible Record Deal

Mabala Noise, the South Africa entertainment independent record label owned and founded by Reggie Nkabinde and DJ Bongz is hoping to meet with rapper Jub Jub to discuss a possible record deal. When the rapper was released on parole earlier this month, fans called on Mabala Noise to sign the artist

The label houses notable acts such as Nasty C, Riky Rick and Pro Kid. It was also reported that Jub Jub and his team apparently requested a meeting with the record label. “We received a number of phone calls from people telling us that Jub Jub wanted to meet with Mabala Noise but we have yet to finalise arrangements for a meeting. We are hoping to meet with him” said one of the management

They also said that the label would like to sign the artist, but they still have to look carefully into his bail conditions, so they can see whether the decision would be right one for both parties. They further added that this is a very complicated situation. However, the artist has a lot to give to the South African music industry.

“The department of correctional services will not stand in the way of any person seeking meaningful employment if the activities were deemed by the department to be wholesome and beneficial to rehabilitation” said the Correctional Services spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo. He however did not want to get too much into detail about Jub Jub’s bail conditions.

Jub Jub has uploaded a song titled Ke Kopa Tshwarelo on YouTube hours after being released on parole. In the song he spoke about being mislead and asked the nation to forgive him. The song made headlines and fans are asking for more. It goes without saying that majority of the nation has forgiven him.
